THIS IS such a pretty shot of East Main Street in uptown Syracuse. Syracuse-Wawasee Garden Club paid for the hanging baskets to be planted and maintain them four days a week while the town of Syracuse waters them three days a week. As you can see, local businesses add flowers to create more beauty.
