POST STORM BEAUTY — Wawasee Area Conservancy Foundation board member Doug Yoder snapped this beautiful photo following the Monday, Aug. 17, afternoon storms. Syracuse seemed to be the only local community receiving the bad weather, and residents reported bad flash flooding at several locations including South Shore and Eli Lilly Road.
