Syracuse BZA meeting postponed

The regular meeting of the Syracuse Board of Zoning Appeals, which was planned for Thursday, May 20, has been postponed due to a lack of quorum. The hearing has been continued to the June 17 meeting. The meeting starts at 6 p.m.

Oakwood Retreat LLC has petitioned for an exception to allow and change to a previously granted planned unit development, 11040E and 13003E, by allowing alterations to the proposed property.

The Oakwood property in question is located on the east side of Harkless Drive, south of Palm Drive, at 849 E. Lakeview Road.

As of press time, the Oakwood case is still on the agenda for June’s meeting.
