Richard L. Tillman

Richard Lloyd “Dick” Tillman, 83, Syracuse and Merritt Island, Fla., died at 6:47 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 15, 2020, at his home in Syracuse.

He was born Nov. 27, 1936. On July 29, 1961, he married Linda J. Lowe. She preceded him in death Feb. 28, 2017.

Surviving are three daughters, Laurie (Barry) Ward, Springfield, Mo., Libbie (Tim) Fitzgerald, Issaquah, Wash., and Susan (Kenton) Berg, Sammamish, Wash.; and nine grandchildren.

He was also preceded in death by his parents, Lloyd E. and Josephine (Butler) Tillman; and a brother, Jack Tillman.

Cremation will take place at Cremation Services of Kosciusko County, Warsaw. A celebration of life will take place at a later date. Owen Family Funeral Home, Syracuse, is in charge of arrangements.
