Unseasonably warm temperatures to start the week provided a rare opportunity to enjoy the waters of Syracuse Lake in October. Jesi Kintigh pictured in the center back of the photo, said she often brings her homeschooled children to the lake during the summer, but decided to take advantage of the 86 degree weather Tuesday to take an unplanned field trip.
