Hisey’s vehicle entered into the intersection, hitting the 2016 Pontiac, driven by Steve Conrad.Turkey Creek Fire Territory used extrication equipment to free Steve Conrad, Hisey and Jordan from their vehicles. The accident remains under investigation by the Kosciusko County Fatal Team reconstruction members.By Deb PattersonStaff Writer
